A Little Wax Shop is not your average salon.

We're a small, boutique space dedicated exclusively to waxing, and we've built our entire business through genuine client love and word-of-mouth referrals. Think: a warm, friendly, calm atmosphere with great vibes and an incredibly loyal client community.

We're growing (again!) and looking for a warm, confident, passionate therapist to join our tiny-but-mighty team.

• Providing high-quality waxing for male and female clients

• Performing confident, efficient female-only Brazilian waxing (hot wax expertise essential)

• Eyebrow and eyelash tinting

• Supporting our smooth and friendly client experience - taking payments, rebooking, and using our simple salon software (full training provided)

• Maintaining a beautifully clean and tidy workspace

We genuinely care about our team. As a small salon, you're not "just another therapist" - you're part of the heart of our business.

Here's what you can expect:

• Great hourly rate (negotiated based on experience)

• Saturday penalty rates (Min $48.27/hour)

• Flexible Casual role, minimum of 10.5hours per week. Must be available alternating(flexibility with swapping weeks) Saturdays (8–4pm), plus the option to pick up extra weekday hours (if you would like more work!).

• We are open by appointment only and trade Monday to Saturday, including some evenings.

• Free on-site parking + easy access to public transport (walking distance to the train station)

• Beautiful Subiaco location surrounded by cafes, shops, and all the good things

• Work directly with the salon owner who truly values her team and leads with kindness, loyalty, respect, and genuine care

You'll be a perfect fit if you:

• Ideally hold a Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy

• Love waxing and are passionate about delivering a great client experience

• Are warm, friendly, and able to put anyone at ease instantly

• Are confident working autonomously and managing your own treatment flow

• Are trustworthy, reliable, and take pride in your work

• Maintain a polished and well-presented appearance at all times

• Want to be somewhere long-term where you're appreciated and supported

• Possess Australian work rights
