Full Time Opportunity 

Are you passionate about helping people and delivering great customer experiences? As a Claims Agent for our life insurance portfolio, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers through important moments in their lives. You’ll ensure every claim is handled with care, accuracy and efficiency – providing reassurance and guidance every step of the way.

In this role you’ll communicate with customers, external stakeholders, and reinsurance partners to gather and share important policy, claim, and premium information. You’ll manage claims with empathy and professionalism, while following our internal processes to deliver outstanding service and uphold Greenstone’s standards.

The working hours for this role are between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in insurance or claims (highly regarded, but not essential)
