Care Manager – Residential Aged Care | Not-for-Profit Provider
Salary: Circa $130,000 – $139,000 + Super + Salary Packaging

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor nursing and care teams, empowering them to deliver person-centred care.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee clinical governance, care plans, audits, and compliance activities.
• Work closely with the Facility Manager and central Quality & Education teams to strengthen outcomes.
• Champion excellence in care and resident experience across the home.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday position.
• Well-supported aged care home with a strong clinical structure (FM > 2x CMs > RNs > Care Staff).
• Modern systems, onsite parking, and generous salary packaging benefits.
• Minimum 1 year of Care Manager or senior leadership experience in aged care required.

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• At least 1 year of Care Manager or equivalent senior nursing experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• In-depth understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance.
• Confident leading a diverse, multicultural team in a large-scale environment.
