End-to-end import exposure across air, LCL & FCL
Support from an offshore team and strong internal network
Join an Australian-owned freight forwarder with a few decades since establishment in the industry. With continued growth across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, join the operations team managing end-to-end import processes across air, sea (FCL & LCL).
You’ll work alongside the Customer Service team and offshore support team to ensure smooth cargo handling and delivery.
What You’ll GetCompetitive salary package: $80k – $90k + super
Hybrid flexibility – 2 days WFH, 3 days in office
Exposure to end-to-end international import operations
Support from an offshore team and strong internal network
A close-knit & friendly culture that values initiative and growth
Manage shipments from registration through to invoicing
Send TSRs, coordinate deliveries, and arrange dehires
Liaise with transport, brokers, and overseas agents
Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and billing in CargoWise
Support customers with timely communication and issue resolution
2–3+ years’ import freight forwarding operations experience
Strong understanding of LCL/FCL and airfreight processes
Proficient in CargoWise and Microsoft Office
