Position Profile:
In collaboration with the community based Step Up Step Down (SUSD) organisation, undertakes assessments, and plans, implements and evaluates recovery based and consumer focused Community Mental Health nursing care to consumers of the regional SUSD facility as part of the Goldfields Community Mental Health service.
