Are you a passionate Personal Care Worker looking for flexibility, great pay, and rewarding work in Aged Care? Lighthouse Recruitment has immediate shifts available across Buderim and surrounding suburbs!
Shifts are mainly AM and PM shifts - you will need to be available for the following times and ideally be able to work 3 x shifts per week
AM shift starts between 6 and 7 am
PM shift starts between 2 and 3 pm

What You’ll Be Doing:
👩⚕️ Supporting residents with daily personal care needs
📝 Documenting and monitoring health conditions
💊 Assisting with medication
🩺 Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
🏥 Providing emotional and social support
What You Need:
🔹 Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent
🔹 Minimum 6 months experience in Aged Care
🔹 NDIS Clearance (or willing to obtain)
🔹 2025 Flu & COVID Vaccinations
🔹 Full Australian Working Rights
📍 Must be currently based in Australia
