About the role 
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our welcoming team in Fairfield. In this role, you will support day-to-day operations and collaborate closely with your team to deliver exceptional service to our customers—the lifeblood of Australia’s electrical industry!

• Ensure compliance with all procedures and promote a strong WH&S culture

• Partner with the Branch Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies

• Experience leading or mentoring a team is highly regarded

• Background in electrical wholesaling, trades, or building/construction industries is a plus
