Monjon - Partnering with Shopping Centres across Melbourne Metro area
Due to client need, we are currently looking to employ Part Time and Casual Security Officers for Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre to cover shifts during the week and weekends, morning and afternoon.
You will have experience in providing an exceptionally high level of customer service, a calm approach and ability to de-escalate situations and to ensure the highest of security standards are provided at all times.
In order to join the Monjon Family you must present with the following qualities:
Essential: Current Victorian Security Licence
Essential: Working with Children Check
Essential: Up to Date First Aid and CPR
Essential: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Essential: The highest level of professional presentation
Essential: Attention to detail
Essential: The ability to work without supervision and problem solve
Essential: Dedication, commitment and loyalty
Highly Desirable: Be flexible and available to work across the week if needed to cover leave
Essential: Physically fit and able to complete walking patrols throughout a shift
