Bakers Hill OSHC is a committee-run service, proudly supported by a dedicated team of four committee members who bring over 40 years of combined experience in the childcare sector. Their deep understanding of the industry ensures strong leadership, ongoing support, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care for children and families in the community.

You'll work with a committed team of educators and benefit from ongoing support, training, and professional development to help you succeed.
This is a small, close-knit service where you’ll work split shifts Monday to Friday, from 6:30–9:00am and 2:45–6:00pm. You’ll lead an energetic Before and After School Care program, along with Vacation Care during school holidays.
Enjoy dedicated programming time to create fun, meaningful experiences for children — with no admin work to worry about, so you can focus on what matters most.
What do you need?
We can teach you the ins and outs of the role and the OSHC sector — but there are a few key qualities we're looking for:
A genuine passion for working with children and making a positive impact
Holds or is working towards a relevant qualification to work in OSHC, as recognized by ACECQA
Strong communication skills — confident and clear in all interaction
A team player who’s eager to learn and grow into a leadership role
Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
Has the right to work in Australia
Has a full driving license
A current First aid (or is willing to obtain)- HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting
Position available for immediate commencement.
