Electrical Fitter - Workshop-Bassendean
Electricians/ Electrical Fitters-Bassendean, Perth based role Monday to FridayRoster: Rotating Days & Afternoons (1:1 week)
$59.15hr (Dayshift): Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
$70.98hr (Afternoon Shift): Monday to Thursday, 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm & Friday, 1:30 pm - 7:30 pm

About the role
Disassembling, inspecting, requalifying, and reassembling HME and Locomotive components.
Measuring and inspecting critical journals and bores.
Conducting brazing and insulation of cable and winding joints.
Performing requalification inspections of bearings and pinions.
Conducting acceptance no-load testing on components, including vibration analysis.
Actively engaging in Lean practices to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
About You
WA A Grade Electrical Licence or Electrical Fitter or Electrical Machine Repair trade qualification
Open to Perth residents only
Experience with AC & DC traction motors, alternators, or rotating electrical equipment is preferred not ESSENTIAL or willing to learn
Experience with GE or EMD motors and related equipment is preferred not ESSENTIAL or willing to learn
