4–6 years in public practice/business services (SMSF experience a plus not essential).
Degree in Accounting/Commerce and CA/CPA
Confidence with Xero / MYOB / QuickBooks and strong communication skills.
Energy, curiosity, and a drive for innovation and ownership.
$130k–$150k total package inclusive (commensurate with experience).
Hybrid working (Camberwell HQ + remote days), wellness initiatives, and funded PD.
