We are seeking an experienced Theatre Floor Coordinator to manage daily theatre operations, support staff, and ensure smooth, high-quality patient care. You'll work closely with the Theatre Nurse Unit Manager and a passionate peri-operative team to drive operational excellence and maintain efficient workflows.

* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* 3+ years' experience in theatre or peri-operative nursing
* Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
* Ability to coordinate staff and foster a positive workplace culture
* Knowledge of clinical governance and quality standards
* Postgraduate study in peri-operative nursing or management - desirable
