We are working with a national, privately owned and respected builder who specialise in Aged Care new builds, refurbishments and fit-outs, who are looking for a an experienced Site Manager with a trade background to deliver a luxury Aged Care project from the ground up.
Having worked closely with this client on multiple successful placements across site management, supervisory, and trade roles, we can confidently say they are one of the best in the industry. This is a permanent role within an established company experiencing continued growth and offering genuine career stability.
The Role:
Oversee all on-site operations to ensure smooth project delivery
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
Maintain WHS compliance and site safety standards
Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance

About you:
3+ years site manager experience with trade background (ideally carpentry)
Commercial build experience - Healthcare/Aged Care or Education Projects are advantageous
Experience of working on projects valued at $25m+
Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
