As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager (Property Management) to take our rent roll to the next level.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives on creating connections and securing new business. Working closely with our Director and property management team, you will be responsible for driving growth in our property management division by attracting new landlords, building strong relationships, and ensuring seamless client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Actively prospect, identify and secure new property management business
Build long-term relationships with landlords, investors, and referral partners
Conduct property presentations, rental appraisals, and tailored proposals
Partner with our marketing team to run lead-generation campaigns and local initiatives
Collaborate with property managers to deliver a smooth handover and client experience
Track and report on growth targets, conversion rates, and client feedback
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in real estate (property management, leasing, or BDM roles preferred)
A proven ability to build pipelines and convert leads into business
Strong local market knowledge and networking skills
Professional presentation, confidence, and strong communication skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
