your role
Supporting the Property Management, Sales and Leasing team, you will:
- Prepare leasing documentation and tenancy agreements
- Process tenancy applications, including reference checks
- Assist with trust accounting and rental arrears management
- Coordinate property repairs, maintenance and inspections
- Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries in a timely manner
- Provide property updates and advice on maintenance requirements
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and key external stakeholders
The following skills and experience are highly advantageous:
- Background in property management (residential property experience also highly regarded)
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Clear communicator with client service focus
- Proficiency in Property Management applications
- Salary circa. $75K - $90K - a very competitive package
