About the Role
We are seeking committed and reliable individuals who are organised and have the ability to successfully multi task. A passion for providing an outstanding customer experience is paramount. Previous experience is preferred though anyone with enthusiasm for hospitality, a willingness to learn, and a ‘can do’ attitude will also be considered.
Duties include:
Assisting in the delivery of exceptional customer service across wine-tasting and dining experiences.
Maintaining the highest possible standards of presentation, cleanliness and neatness of the Restaurant, Cellar Door Bar, and amenities
Working closely with all team members, across all facets of the hospitality business to forge strong and cohesive relationships.

You are a driven and consumer-centric individual, either with or without previous Hospitality or Retail experience
An eye for detail with excellent communication skills
Availability to work weekends
A current RSA certificate is essential.
