Our client manages a family-focused group of boutique early learning centres committed to delivering outstanding education and care. Their purpose-built 56-place centre in the Tuggerah area of the Central Coast NSW is seeking a passionate and dedicated Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead the team and continue their success.
The Opportunity· Lead a well-established, high-quality centre supported by an experienced management team.
· Collaborate directly with the owners and other centre leaders across the group.
· Enjoy a genuine voice in organisational decision-making.
About You· A motivated leader with several years’ experience in a Director, 2IC, or Educational Leader role.
· Strong understanding of EYLF, NQF, NQS, and regulatory standards.
· Skilled communicator with excellent relationship-building abilities.
· High attention to detail, administrative competence, and unwavering professional standards.
· Passionate about creating nurturing, engaging environments for children, families, and educators.

Qualifications & Requirements· Diploma in Children’s Services or Bachelor of Education (0–5 years).
· Current WWCC, First Aid, Child Protection, and Police Clearance.
· Eligibility to perform Responsible Person / Nominated Supervisor duties.
· Commitment to Flourish’s Child Safety and Wellbeing Statement.
· Proven success in a similar role.
