What You’ll Do:
- Lead on-site operations for piling, basement retention, excavation, shotcrete, concrete works, and bulk earthworks
- Manage civil works across multiple projects ($2M–$15M)
- Provide technical guidance and coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and project managers
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards

- 5+ years’ civil construction experience (piling preferred)
- Experience on Australian projects, ideally as a subcontractor for Tier 1 contractors
- Gold Coast-based
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
