Full Time Fixed Term Replacement Contract Role until Mid October 2026
Woodcroft College is seeking an experienced and customer service focused Receptionist to join our College. This full time, 11 month replacement contract role is responsible for providing a positive and welcoming experience for those coming into our school community, and will work within our Main Reception during term time and Early Learning Centre Reception during term breaks.

What you'll be doing
Providing an effective Reception service by courteous interaction with parents, staff, students, and visitors to the College on a face-to-face basis, on the telephone and through email.
Working on our Main Reception during term time, and our Early Learning Centre Reception during all term breaks.
Supporting general day to day administrative duties and record keeping
Interacting with diplomacy and professionalism with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Participating in school events, professional development opportunities and other extracurricular activities
What we're looking for
Customer service ethos and a positive mindset.
Excellent telephone manner.
Demonstrated administrative skills.
Ability to assist and support with general office duties.
Positive personal presentation and the ability to promote a positive image for the College.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to maintain a helpful, professional demeanor always, and receive queries and complaints in a calm, positive and reassuring manner.
