Role Overview:

As a Supervisor – Field Teams, you will work as part of a team of three supervisors, jointly overseeing the daily operations of our 30+ field teams. This collaborative approach ensures consistent service delivery, operational efficiency, and exceptional client satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and hold field teams accountable to high service standards.

Service Delivery: Ensure quality maintenance services across various strata unit buildings.

Client Relations: Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are met consistently.

Training & Development: Train and develop field teams to enhance service quality.

Quoting & Onboarding: Handle job quotes and onboard new clients efficiently.

Reporting: Prepare and deliver management reports as required.

Industry Experience: Background in lawn, garden, landscaping, or cleaning services is advantageous.

Transportation: Own vehicle required (allowances provided).

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm, occasional after-hours as needed.

Location: Office based in Pendle Hill.

Salary: Base salary plus car and phone allowance.
