ABOUT US

Body Plus Physio is a physio owned private practice based in the Moreton Bay Region just to the north of Brisbane and south of the Sunshine Coast.  Our clinic has a good mix of youth and experience and offers a great opportunity to work in a private practice that is focused on personalised care and patient outcomes not KPI's and retail sales.

We have been in the Caboolture region for 25 years and have a great referral base. Our team is very supportive and will push you to focus on achieving the best outcome for the client while you grow your own skill set. Our principal physio has a wealth of experience in private practice having graduated from UQ in 1998. He is focussed on evidence-based practices and is a welcoming mentor to all his staff. 

WHAT WE OFFER

We want to collaborate with you to create a work schedule that allows you to maintain the all important work-life balance. There are numerous options regarding remuneration with experienced staff who have full caseloads earning $130k/yr.

You will be supplied with a laptop and uniforms, we have a work vehicle our staff share for offsite travel. Our admin team is always available to support you, from day-to-day scheduling to keeping the paperwork under control.

For new graduates we offer both in-house professional development and will provide you with a $2k PD budget to help you in your post-graduate journey.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our practice sees a large variety of clients from many referral sources so no two days look the same. You will be able to build up a client database in one of Australia's biggest growth areas. The successful applicant will gain experience in the areas of private health, WC, DVA, EPC and NDIS. You will develop/improve your skills in setting up gym/pool rehab programs, undertaking pre-employment/FCE assessments and developing mobility/balance programs in the aged care sector.

ABOUT YOU

You will need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.

• Current AHPRA registration (or pending registration).

• Current driver’s licence.

• Appropriate professional indemnity insurance.

• A positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to problem solve and adapt in a dynamic setting.
