About the Client

Our Client is a well-established leader within the automotive industry, servicing customers across both the Sunshine Coast. They deliver high-quality mechanical services with a focus on professionalism, customer satisfaction and trusted long-term relationships. What you will be doing

As a Mobile Mechanic you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Perform service, repair and diagnostic work on customer vehicles

• Work autonomously with limited supervision

• Ensure all work is required to maintain vehicle safety and performance

• Conduct detailed inspections and identify additional repairs

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers

• Prepare quotes, invoices and collect payment upon job completion

• Document all approvals and follow company payment procedures

• Maintain the company van in a clean and roadworthy condition

• Promote positive working relationships and uphold company values

• May be required to mentor an Apprentice Mechanic

What you will need

To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:

• Valid Trade Qualification/Certification and current Driver’s Licence

• Brand experience with Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, Kia or Mitsubishi (advantageous)

• Ability to follow WHS procedures

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Honest, reliable attitude with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure
