Your new company

Join a leading property and infrastructure group supporting commercial, retail & industrial assets across a dynamic portfolio. Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Admin to provide end-to-end compliance and WHS support within the portfolio. This role is integral to ensuring safety, revenue recovery, stakeholder engagement across the organisation and its associated entities.

Your new role

Reporting to the Contracts and Compliance Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting contract lifecycle activities, compliance systems, and operational processes. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage Deeds of Standing Offer and associated documentation.
  • Liaise with legal teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of contracts.
  • Support the preparation of Ordered Services and scopes of work.
  • Coordinate tender processes and maintain document control.
  • Manage internal safety documentation (SWMS) and compliance systems (e.g., WHS Rapid Induction, Core Vision).
  • Assist with government security pass applications for staff and contractors.
  • Provide general administrative support including minute taking, correspondence, and data management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience in contract administration, compliance, or property operations is highly desirable.
