About the business
One of our clients in Lane Cove is on the hunt for a skilled Sales Associate to come on board and hit the ground running alongside their one of their leading agents. This role is ideally for someone with exposure to the real estate field, ideally within sales but transferring from leasing or BDM would also be a great avenue. This role is a Monday through Saturday role with a day-in-lieu during the working week. The role will be a mix of prospecting, buyer management and attending viewings.

Diary management
Buyer and Vendor management
Pipeline nurturing
Aid in the sales process and be hands-on with clients through the process
Hands on management of marketing via web, print and social
Assisting with coordinating exchanges and settlements
Support with client communication, data maintenance and management from appraisal through to post settlement

Skills and experience
Must have previous real estate experience working in a sales centric role
Own car and Licence
Strong written and verbal communication
Must have Certificate of Registration at minimum
Eye for detail
