We are seeking a dedicated and energetic couple to undertake the management of the Mount Magnet Caravan Park. This is a unique opportunity to live onsite and become integral members of our community. The ideal candidates will be a proactive, hands-on team responsible for all aspects of park operations, from administration and customer service to grounds maintenance. • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the caravan park, including managing bookings, finances, and administrative duties.

• Customer Service: Provide an exceptional and welcoming experience for all guests, handling inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism.

• Property Maintenance: Ensure the park grounds, facilities, and accommodations are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and safety.

• Community Integration: Act as ambassadors for Mount Magnet, promoting local attractions and fostering a positive community atmosphere within the park.

• Financial Administration: Manage park revenue, including site fees and other income, and maintain accurate financial records.

• Proven experience in caravan park management, hospitality, or a related field is highly desirable.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for customer service.

• A practical, hands-on approach with skills in general maintenance and groundskeeping.

• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.

• Ability to work autonomously and as a team.

• A current "C" class driver's license is required.

• Onsite Residence: A comfortable, furnished residence located within the caravan park is provided as part of the remuneration package.
