We are looking to employ a Property Associate who will work closely with our Head of Property Manager. This role requires a person who can demonstrate initiative, is a team player and has a drive to succeed and grow with us.

Responsibilities (whilst not limited to, will include):
Answering incoming calls
General support with day-to-day portfolio management
Arranging and conduct ingoing and routine inspections
General admin around rent reviews and increases
Processing tenancy application forms
Requirements:
• Your desire and interest to build a career in Property
• Able to work well in a well managed team network
• Attention to detail, organised with strong ability to multi-task
• Customer driven with a strong work ethic
• Current Australian driver’s license
