Coochie Hydrogreen is an Australian-owned family business with 20 years of experience in providing superior lawns to homes. We are seeking a friendly and self-motivated person to join our team. Immediate start.
This is a Full time position, servicing our clients around the Rockhampton & Gracemere areas. With a 6 month probation period. Flexible work hours can be negotiated.
It is essential to be neat, tidy, well presented and a non-smoker.
Proven steady job history and good driving record with manual vehicle.
Qualifications & experience
Enjoy working outdoors. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and enjoys working autonomously and has the ability to manage a dynamic weekly schedule by completing scheduled jobs and rescheduling jobs missed due to wet weather.
No experience required. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
Sales/customer and or turf/horticulture experience is an advantage.
Must have a valid Manual Australian Driver's License. Own transport is required to travel to and from work depot as required.
Tasks & responsibilities
Carry out lawn care services for clients on a regular scheduled cycle.
Manage your days using job management software.
Provide clients with ongoing advice and support ensuring prompt responses to any questions or requests.
Fertilising lawns, spraying weeds and pests. It does not involve lawn mowing, gardening or landscaping.
Large amounts of walking, so a reasonable level of fitness is required.
Deliver exceptional customer service and be committed to helping clients achieve and maintain lawns all year round.
