What You'll Be DoingWelcoming patients with warmth and professionalism as the first point of contact
Managing front desk operations: phones, appointment scheduling, and data entry
Supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Ensuring patient information is collected and recorded accurately
Contributing your ideas and energy to a high-performing, collaborative team
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills in a busy environment
High standards in personal presentation and grooming
Calm, friendly, and customer-focused – even under pressure
Eagerness to learn and grow through ongoing training and development
Prior dental or medical reception experience is a bonus – but not essential
