Are you a proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner looking for your next step?
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a Clinical Lead role with one of our most supportive NDIS partners. You’ll guide and mentor a small team of practitioners while maintaining a manageable caseload – ideal for someone who enjoys uplifting others, sharing clinical knowledge, and shaping practice quality without the heavy admin of formal management.

- Providing clinical supervision and mentoring to Behaviour Support Practitioners
- Supporting best practice and ensuring alignment with Positive Behaviour Support principles
- Managing a reduced caseload to stay connected to practice
- Collaborating with internal teams, families, and external stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
- Contributing to ongoing service improvement and professional development
- Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or Psychologist (AHPRA or NDIS)
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or supervising others
- Strong understanding of PBS frameworks and the NDIS
- A passion for collaboration, quality practice, and supporting team development
- WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and a valid driver’s licence
