Our brand-new centre in Mildura is thoughtfully designed to foster curiosity, creativity, and connection – with beautifully appointed indoor spaces and nature-inspired outdoor play areas.

Your Role:
Nurture and educate children in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members
Contribute to program planning, documentation, and centre events
Support a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Early Childhood setting
Availability to work 5 days per week including centre opening and closing (initially may start at 3–4 days with a view to increase as occupancy grows)
Essential Certifications:
Valid Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC – VIC)
Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training (ACECQA-approved)
Child Protection Training
Strong communication skills and a growth mindset
Genuine passion for early childhood education
