We’re looking for two talented, hands-on Bar Managers to lead at our coastal venues in Hillarys:
Hillarys Beach Club – our flagship venue, home to The Heart and Bar Cicchetti
Sorrento Beach Club – our vibrant new addition on the Hillarys Marina

About the RoleYou’ll be responsible for driving standards, leading service, and inspiring your team in a busy, high-energy hospitality environment.
At Hillarys Beach Club, you’ll oversee two distinct bars, while at Sorrento Beach Club, you’ll take charge of our fresh new venue — both offering room to make your mark and grow with the business.
Manage bar operations, stock control and monthly stock-takes
Maintain bar presentation and service standards
Monitor COGS, wastage, and performance targets
Lead and mentor bar teams, supporting training and development
Collaborate on seasonal drink menus and specials
Ensure RSA compliance and uphold venue policies
Drive consistency, speed, and exceptional guest experience

Skills and experience that will help you succeed:
Previous bar leadership or supervisory experience
Strong product knowledge and attention to detail
Confidence managing stock and cost controls
Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team
A proactive, can-do attitude and great communication
