Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including diary and email management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for business trips.
- Organise and prepare documentation for meetings, ensuring all materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Profile
The successful candidate should demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role.
- Accuracy and diligence with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks.
