Do you have experience making outbound calls and processing client info? Then No1 Property Guide is looking for you!
We are looking for experienced and motivated appointment setters who are ready to come on board to manage inbound enquiries to help renters become homeowners across Australia.
As one of our appointment setters, you will primarily be responsible for contacting renters who have made enquiries. From there you will collect relevant information needed to qualify their capacity to purchase a new home, then book a time for them to speak with our Senior New Home Consultants who will then guide them through the rest of their journey towards their own home.
Role Requirements
1+ years of outbound call experience
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn & adapt
Strong work ethic & problem-solving skills
Must have a genuine passion to help others
Be driven to grow, learn, & succeed
Previous experience in CRMs preferred but not essential
