Caravan Handover Technician – Off Track RV

Off Track RV is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Caravan Handover Technician to join our team in Epping.
The core responsibility of this role is to deliver a comprehensive and professional handover experience to every customer. You’ll walk buyers through their new caravan in detail, ensuring they leave with complete confidence in how to use it. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Lead in-depth handovers and walkthroughs of each caravan
Demonstrate all key systems and features to the customer
Prepare vans for delivery, including basic checks and setups
Assist with app and tech setup during handover
Follow up with customers post-delivery to answer questions
Maintain a tidy and well-organised handover area
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years' experience in the caravan industry
Excellent product knowledge and a professional presentation style
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator who enjoys working with people
Basic tech skills — training on systems and apps provided
