Your new role
- Process applications and prepare reports under the GIPA and PPIP Acts.
- Work with key internal stakeholders to source and manage information requests
- Conduct high-level administrative tasks to ensure privacy and adherence to the GIPA act and privacy standards
- Demonstrate high attention to detail in maintaining internal records and keeping their records management systems up to date
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as directed
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a similar role, particularly in managing GIPA or Government Information requests.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
