This Tier 2 builder has been delivering landmark projects across NSW for more than 20 years. Specialising in mixed-use and residential developments valued up to $300M, they’ve built a reputation for quality, repeat clients, and strong relationships with subcontractors and consultants.
Due to a strong pipeline of projects, there's an opening for an experienced Project Engineer to join the team. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate design, engineering, and project documentation
- Manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Monitor project budgets, cost reporting, and progress claims
- Maintain construction programs and ensure timely delivery
- Oversee quality, safety, and compliance across all works
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Engineer with a head contractor in Australia
- Exposure to high-rise residential and mixed-use projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of the NSW subcontractor market
- Work on major mixed-use residential projects valued up to $300M
