Salary: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour + Super, Mobile Phone, Uniform
Location: Kwinana Beach WA
Availability: Immediate start available or 1-2 weeks' time

This role is a secure permanent and long-term Grounds Maintenance work on the Kwinana strip.

The Role:
- Cut/mow grassed areas
- Remove and control weeds
- Weed spraying
- Mulching
- Hedging
- Labouring as required
- 2 + years relevant experience
- Strong commitment to working in a safe manner, whilst understanding and complying with site/company OH&S regulations and procedures.
- Pesticide/chemical technician Licence
- Chainsaw Ticket preferred
- Able to operate plant and equipment inc. ride on mowers, whipper snipper, hedgers, chain saw etc.
- Maintenance of reticulation
- Must have own transport
- Able to pass a Drug and alcohol check and Medical
