Collections Representative Full-Time | Hybrid | Keysborough

Based in Keysborough, they are currently seeking experienced Collections or Recoveries Representatives to manage a portfolio of accounts and provide high-level support across their operations.

Based in Keysborough, they are currently seeking experienced Collections or Recoveries Representatives to manage a portfolio of accounts and provide high-level support across their operations.
Your Role Will Include:
- Managing and maintaining a portfolio of recovery files
- Ensuring compliance with ASIC, ACCC, and Privacy Act regulations
- Responding to client and debtor communications professionally and promptly
- Accurately processing new files and maintaining database records
- Liaising with clients, debtors, and relevant stakeholders to resolve matters effectively
We're Looking For:
- 2+ years' experience in a similar debt collection or recoveries role (preferred)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage targets and deadlines
- A team player with a goal-driven mindset
