About the Role 

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around CHEP, Loscam and preferably 2ic, and enjoys the challenge of keeping accounts balanced, accurate and compliant. 

You’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them reduce equipment losses, improve data accuracy, and build stronger relationships across their supply chains. You’ll also analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements. 

This is a hands-on operational role focused on pallet and equipment control. You’ll work closely with our internal support team and clients to ensure accuracy and efficiency.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Work within a team to reconcile pallet and equipment movements across multiple clients. 

• Review and action discrepancies daily using 2ic and the Inline Portal. 

• Investigate and resolve disputes via email and through our Portal with trading partners. 

• Manage and prioritise shared inboxes to ensure timely responses. 

• Analyse data to prepare reports and insights that improve accuracy and reduce loss. 

What Will Help You Succeed Here 

• Proven experience in pallet control or equipment account management. 

• Strong working knowledge of 2ic (or similar equipment control systems). 

• Confident using Excel, online portals, and reconciliation tools. 

• High attention to detail with the ability to analyse data and spot discrepancies. 

• Clear, professional written communication—comfortable managing multiple inboxes. 

• A solutions mindset—able to troubleshoot and think outside the square. 

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines across multiple clients.
