With 500+ employees and expanding, we are looking for talented, motivated people to join our corporate support team based in Clarkson across three broad-ranging roles:
The Senior Payroll Officer is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant end-to-end payroll processing for a fast-growing hospitality group of 500+ employees. This role plays a key part in ensuring employees are paid correctly, system data is maintained to a high standard, award conditions are interpreted correctly, and payroll processes continuously improve.
You will act as a subject-matter expert in Deputy, collaborating closely with venue managers, HR, and Finance to ensure payroll integrity, provide guidance on award interpretation, and support payroll reporting and compliance activities.

The HR Administrator / HR Generalist provides hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle for a multi-venue hospitality group. This role ensures efficient HR operations, a high-quality employee experience, strong compliance, and smooth coordination between venues, managers, payroll, and the corporate team.
The position is ideal for someone who is organised, people-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. It involves broad-ranging generalist responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, performance management administration, award interpretation, compliance activities, and coordinating with external partners such as the Australian Hotels Association (AHA) and relevant system vendors.
A varied and fast-paced general accounts support role covering accounts payable and receivable, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, invoice processing, payroll assistance, financial reporting, and month-end tasks. You’ll support daily finance operations, assist cost-tracking, maintain accurate financial records across multiple venues, and help streamline processes as we grow. Work closely with our Finance Manager and venue teams to keep our expanding hospitality group running smoothly and efficiently.
