About our Client
Our client is a boutique chartered accounting and business advisory firm combining decades of experience with a passionate, team-based approach. Working closely with families and privately owned businesses, they provide strategic advisory, tax, structuring, and business recovery services.
Role Overview:
This is your opportunity to take ownership of a premium client portfolio while driving business growth and client satisfaction. You'll work directly with Partners and lead a collaborative team to deliver complex advisory solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of high-value clients (>$100m revenue)
Lead discovery sessions and identify business improvement opportunities
Coordinate internal teams to deliver compliance and advisory services
Prepare proposals and negotiate service agreements
Mentor junior staff in client management and technical skills
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
CA/CPA preferred, nearing completion OK
Strong technical skills in tax, accounting and advisory
4+ years of public practice or advisory experience
