Hoz Construction is the construction arm of the development company specialising in premium multi-residential projects across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, with a strong pipeline centred around Bondi Beach. Strong experience with Procore
A relevant Construction / Building / QS degree or equivalent qualification
Solid understanding of construction legislation, codes and standards (BCA, SOP Act, WHS Act)
Proven experience in Contract Administration – payment claims, schedules, procurement, variations
Experience in multi-residential construction (essential)
Excellent communication, documentation and negotiation skills
Strong computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, etc.)
Ability to work autonomously, stay organised, and stay ahead of issues
Manage subcontracts end-to-end: scopes, tenders, pricing schedules, tender analysis, recommendations, procurement
Day-to-day Contract Administration: RFIs, EOTs, variations, payment claims and schedules
Maintain tight document control and ensure accurate project records
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
Assist in updating and monitoring the project program/schedule
Conduct quality checks, manage risk, and assist with defects and close-out
Ensure clear, compliant responses and actions under the SOP Act
Hands-on exposure across construction and development (rare in most PM roles)
