As an Assistant Educator, you’ll step into a our Services to support vibrant, safe, and inspiring learning environments where children feel a sense of belonging. Sparrow Early Learning Worongary, located opposite Worongary State School on the Gold Coast, our centre is a warm, inclusive space where culture, community, and connection come first. What you’ll need:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy
Proven experience in a room leader position
Current Working with Children Check
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Experience with Storypark is a bonus
First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
No formal qualifications needed for Trainee applicants.
