Are you a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) looking for your next leadership opportunity?
Our well-established Long Day Care centre in Benowa is seeking a dedicated ECT / Educational Leader Support to join our team and inspire excellence in early education.
Someone with special skills i.e. Musical, First Nation knowledge of embedding and or Special needs inclusive. Will be renumerated accordingly
About the Role
As our Support Educational Leader, you will:
Monday and Thursday running a Kindy Program with children according to guidelines.
Educational Leader Support roles and responsibilities will be other days as needed or if wanted.
Guide and mentor a team of educators, and students, to deliver high-quality programs in line with the QKLG, EYLF and NQS.
Work collaboratively with families, educators, and management to support children’s holistic development.
Lead programming, planning, and reflective practices across all rooms.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and uphold best practices in early childhood education.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A min of Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACEQA approved) or higher or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 4 years’ experience working in a Long Day Care (LDC) setting.
Strong understanding of the EYLF, QKLG, and NQS frameworks.
Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
Current Blue Card/WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection Training.
