To be successful you must have the following:
- Extensive commercial construction experience delivering projects up to $20M
- Proven experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors, site teams, and day-to-day operations
- Solid understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and commercial build requirements
- Commitment to quality, safety, and programme delivery
- Strong communication skills and an ability to represent the business professionally on-site
- Experience working on education, health, aged care, community, or commercial facilities highly regarded
