The Professional Development Lead is a key member of the Nursing & Midwifery Education Unit leadership team at Grampians Health. This role is responsible for planning, organising and implementing evidence-based professional development programs to build capability within the nursing and midwifery workforce. You will oversee orientation, mandatory training, regional education initiatives and SIMVAN, while supporting the functionality of the Grampians Learning Hub.
