Bundarra Contracting is seeking skilled and reliable ROM Operators to join our team in the Goldfields region of Western Australia.
You’ll operate dozers and other mobile plant on the ROM pad to support production, stockpile management, and feed control activities.
We have multiple roles available across with staggered start dates for immediate and upcoming project requirements.
This is a long-term FIFO position on a 2/1 roster, offering $60 per hour + superannuation, modern camp facilities, and a supportive, safety-driven environment.
Operate dozers (essential), loaders, and excavators to manage ROM pad and stockpiles
Maintain consistent feed control to the crusher and manage material movement efficiently
Conduct daily pre-start checks and ensure equipment is well maintained
Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to meet site targets
Follow all safety, environmental, and operational protocols
Proven dozer operating experience on a ROM pad (D10 or equivalent preferred)
Experience with loaders, excavators, and other mobile plant
Current Australian Driver’s Licence (HR preferred)
Relevant plant operation tickets
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
National Police Clearance (within 12 months or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to work FIFO on a 2/1 roster /Day Shift & Night shift in the Goldfields
$60/hr + superannuation
2/1 FIFO roster from Perth
