Likehome is expanding! We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team.
If you’re passionate about property management and ready to take ownership of a portfolio of long-term rental properties, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of long-term rental properties
Liaise with landlords and tenants
Handle leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenancy compliance
Ensure adherence to Residential Tenancy Laws
Requirements:
3–4 years experience in long-term rental property management in Australia
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with relevant tenancy regulations
Bilingual (English & Mandarin) preferred
