The Role

As a Qualified Painter, you will play a key role in preparing and finishing a range of residential and commercial projects. From surface preparation to final coats, you will take pride in delivering a high-quality finish that reflects the company’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Surface Preparation – Prepare, sand, and prime surfaces for painting and finishing

• Application – Apply paint, varnish, and protective coatings to achieve a flawless finish

• Quality Assurance – Inspect and maintain high standards of workmanship across all projects

• Team Collaboration – Work closely with other trades and team members to meet project goals

• Safety and Cleanliness – Maintain safe work practices and ensure clean, organised job sites

• Client Satisfaction – Take pride in presentation and quality that exceeds client expectations

About You

You are a qualified painter who takes pride in your craft and enjoys being part of a team that values quality and care. You bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for achieving great results.

You will have:

• A Certificate III in Painting and Decorating or equivalent trade qualification (preferred)

• Experience in residential or commercial painting projects

• Strong attention to detail and quality of finish

• Knowledge of paints, coatings, and surface preparation methods

• Commitment to safety and maintaining a clean, professional work environment

• A positive, team-focused attitude
