Our community-run preschool is seeking a caring and motivated Diploma-Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated and supportive team on a permanent basis.

As our Diploma Educator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the educational program, guiding children’s learning, and contributing to our collaborative team culture.
Essential QualificationsDiploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
Working with Children Check
National Criminal Record Check
First Aid Certificate including CPR
Passionate about creating a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment.
Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Ability to assist in planning and implementing high-quality learning programs that reflect children’s interests and developmental stages.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to build trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Ability to document children’s learning and contribute to the planning cycle.
A positive and professional attitude with a commitment to ongoing growth and development.
Previous experience in an early childhood education setting.
Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
